Welcome to remote support from Renue Computers.
We provide remote support as a way to further assist our customers. Remote support is a safe and secure way to fix certain problems remotely when an actual service call is not needed.
Getting Started
In order to start a remote session you need to download and install the software needed to provide remote support.

After downloading please double click and install the software.
After installation a box will popup on your desktop with a 'User ID' and 'Password'. At this point to start the session we will need both of these to login and start repairing your computer.
Not all problems can be repaired remotely.
There are situations where a remote support session simply will not be enough. Should this be the case we will offer a service call. If you elect to schedule a service call then the cost of the remote session will be credited to that service call.
